Getting Started

1. Download

Open the download page and download the Windows ZIP package.

2. Extract

Extract the ZIP file to any folder, for example:

D:\EyeCare

3. Run

Double-click:

eyecare_flutter.exe

4. Start the Timer

Click Start to begin the 20-20-20 timer. You can switch to Pomodoro mode from the main screen.

5. Adjust Settings

Use the settings screen to change work duration, rest duration, filter mode, and reminder behavior.
